Developed, designed, and built by North Arrow Partners, the Tallgrass Townhome community will have seven brand new buildings.  The buildings will be a mix of two single story buildings and five two story buildings.  Available for lease will be a total of thirty-six homes. Designed to accommodate all different sized families, 

Tallgrass Townhomes offers one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Four of the homes will be fully handicapped accessible with a roll-in shower, and six will be accessible with a handicap tub. 

 

All the homes will be well equipped with brand new Energy Star Certified stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, and dishwashers.  To make living easier and convenient for busy families each unit will also have a full-sized in-home washer and dryer.    

 

The interior of the homes will have carpeted stairs and modern easy to maintain vinyl plank flooring in all other rooms.  All cabinetries will have recessed paneled doors with countertops that will enhance the color-story of the bathrooms and kitchens. 

 

The color pallet was chosen with care to provide a modern esthetic, but with a relaxed and welcoming feeling.  Soft greens, greys, and alabasters on the walls and as accent colors will reinforce the overall look and feel of the homes and create a backdrop to enhance any style of décor. 

 

The Tallgrass Townhome community will have many amenities including an on-site property management office and ample parking for all residents.  Lush landscaping, bike racks and a children’s playground will be installed to provide a well-balanced indoor-outdoor environment for the Tallgrass families.
